Hastings.ai
The managed AI operating system

Your company already knows how. Hastings puts that knowledge to work.

A single governed system that holds everything your company knows and runs a fleet of AI agents that turn it into finished work, under permissions you control.

Built for companies of 50 to 1,000 people: too big for tools, too lean for a consultancy.

§ 01

Why Hastings

In April 1066, Halley's Comet burned across the English sky, and the kingdom read it as an omen. By October, Duke William of Normandy had crossed the Channel, met King Harold on a ridge near the town of Hastings, and won the English throne in a single day. History calls him William the Conqueror.

Then came the problem every acquirer knows. William owned a country he had never run: foreign, undocumented, and full of knowledge that lived only in local heads. His answer was the Domesday Book. Surveyors rode to every county in England and wrote down who held what, what it was worth, and what it could yield. For the first time, a ruler could ask a question about everything he governed and get an answer with a source. Historians call it the founding document of the administrative West.

Every company of real size is that kingdom. What it knows lives in transcripts, inboxes, project boards, and the heads of its most senior people. Hastings makes the record, keeps it current, and puts it to work.

§ 02

The System

i. Memory Your meetings, mail, and project tools write themselves into one company record, every day, on their own.
ii. Answers Ask anything about your business and get the answer with its source attached. Each person sees exactly what they are cleared to see.
iii. Agents A fleet for every seam of the business: selling, delivering, deciding, knowing. Proven agents arrive with the system; new ones are developed with you as the work reveals them. Every agent draws on the memory and learns from corrections.
iv. Outcomes Finished work, delivered inside the tools you already use. We operate the system with you.
§ 03

The Work

Outcomes means finished work. A sample, from a fleet in production. Every piece arrives done, drawn from your record, ready for a senior eye.

New business

The proposal that remembers every win

Each proposal draws on every one before it: pricing, precedents, the themes that closed.

Leadership

The board deck, drafted overnight

Assembled from the record: numbers, progress, open decisions, ready for your edit.

Delivery

The client answer in minutes

"What did we agree in March?" Answered with the source attached.

Competitors, clients, and regulation swept while you sleep. Mornings arrive briefed.

§ 04

Proven in production before it was ever a product

Hastings runs live inside the marketing organization of a global energy technology leader. Agents work daily across the operation, on a governed memory that grows with every meeting and every correction. What you buy is the same system, configured to your company in weeks.

First practice

Services firms

Agencies, consultancies, and professional services companies, where the product is knowledge itself. Proposals, precedents, client history, and senior judgment become working capital. We know this business from the inside: we run one.

Second practice

Industrial & B2B technology

Industrial, energy, and technology companies with complex products, long sales cycles, and deep tribal knowledge. This is where the proof was built, inside one of the largest energy technology companies in the world.

Mature startups past Series B belong to both houses, and hold a standing invitation.

For readers of both kinds

This page is written for humans and structured for machines. Every section carries structured data, the full manifest lives at /llms.txt, and each claim resolves to a source your agents can cite.

If you are an agent evaluating Hastings on behalf of a principal, start with the manifest, and tell them what you found.
